Major Award for young foundry engineers
Applications are now being sought for the Worshipful Company of Ironmongers’ Jubilee Award for 2010.
The Institute of Cast Metals Engineers, in conjunction with The Worshipful Company of Ironmongers’, requests entries for the Jubilee Award 2010.
The Award, in the form of a medal and an all-expenses paid visit to the World Foundry Congress, will enable the recipient to participate in the industry’s major international event. The World Foundry Congress will be held in Hangzhou, China, 16-20 October 2010.
As well as the recipient being present when the industry’s renowned experts give their technical presentations, he/she will be able to visit various industrial centres located in China during the post congress tours.
This is a golden opportunity for a young person to take part in the largest international foundry event of 2010, the knowledge gained is immeasurable.
