ICME is pleased to announce a new suite of leadership & management courses for the industry, being offered in collaboration with The Cast Metals Federation.

The development of current and future leaders for the casting and foundry industry, and its supply chain, is crucial.  Nurturing our employees is the key to the future development of the industry.

We have designed a new suite of targeted leadership and management courses that will be delivered throughout 2022.

These courses have been designed to be applicable to any department or division within the casting, foundry industry and the associated supply chain, from marketing, sales and administration, to quality and technical.

Our courses will:
•           Be focused and relevant to industry;
•           Link theory to practice ensuring that learning can make an impact;
•           Be engaging for those in attendance;
•           Include an ICME Certificate with allocated CPD hours for all delegates, (attendance on both dates will be required to complete the courses).

Courses will be 2 days in duration and take place on consecutive days.

These suite of courses are at a discounted course cost for ICME Members.

For further details about the content and learning outcomes for any of these courses, including the dates, price as well as information about how to reserve your place, please contact info@icme.org.uk
