Weir Minerals, Todmorden recognised they had a very new management team within their operations and felt they needed to support these managers with the correct tools to be successful, high performing managers of the future.
John Killerby and some of his team attended an ICME Leadership and Management Course earlier in the year, John said “ the team really enjoyed the course, found it helped them with their management and wanted to bring some of the content to the company”
John reached out to ICME to design something bespoke and specific for the managers at Weir Minerals. Amy Worrallo MICME worked with Andy Woodall, Leadership & Management Expert to develop a course specifically with Weir’s needs in mind.
The training was delivered by Andy Woodall on site during 4 days throughout October and November 2022.
