ICME have developed a comprehensive new essential management programme specifically aimed at managers, team leaders, supervisors and those aspiring to be leaders in the foundry and castings industry.

Alongside the classroom delivery you will receive 3 online coaching session per person in the months of February, April and June.

This will give you 1-2-1 time with Andy to perfect your own leadership and management skills and explore problem solving actions specifically for you and your organisation.
