FAQ’s are managed in the “FAQs” section:

You can edit this FAQ to be whatever you want, and you can add new FAQ’s in the same way that you add new posts/pages/etc.
(Just be sure to tick the relevant categories on the right-hand side when you’re adding a new FAQ.)
