The ICME Yorkshire & Lancashire Branches are to join forces to offer a programme of technical and social events to Members.
The Yorkshire Branch had not offered a technical programme for some time and the new amalgamation will enable Members in the area to benefit from a regular programme of events.
The Lancashire Branch President Russell Gray Prof MICME said:
“Lancashire branch members and I are delighted to have Members from the Yorkshire Branch join us, and I am really pleased to be able to welcome you all to our Branch. I hope that you can lend your support to our regular branch events. Lancashire is an active branch and holds a range of technical presentations throughout the season, including a quiz night and a works visit. Last year we organised a very successful Dinner Dance (actually held in Yorkshire I might add!).
“I would like to extend a very warm welcome to all Members from anywhere – we look forward to seeing you!”
