Ken Southwick died peacefully on the 14th December 2021, at the ripe old age of 98! He was an Honorary Fellow of the Institute since 2004, having first joined in 1956, and had always maintained an active involvement with his Branch, the West Midlands, Birmingham and Coventry Branch, frequently speaking knowledgeably about wear resistant cast
